RETURNING CITIZENS PROGRAM

RISE provides direct services to returning citizens, as well as a platform for them to reinforce other support services, exchange relative information, and address mutual issues.

Our RISE Returning Citizen Portal provides the same key support to returning citizens that we provide to military veterans, including employment, housing, financial, legal, medical, transportation, and technological services, along with referral services to other professional organizations that may provide more specific services to the millions of previously incarcerated people reentering society annually. With access to positive reinforcement, returning citizens are more likely to avoid re-incarceration and may even excel in their communities.
